The highlight of this week has now been the release of “Tintswalo” by South African hit and melody makers Soa Mattrix and DJ Maphorisa.
Soa Mattrix, who is currently making music under Soa Family record label has only dropped one studio album Sounds of Africa, this collection has certainly improved his archive.
Meanwhile, Themba Sekowe, known professionally as DJ Maphorisa needs no introduction – he’s featured on many joint albums as well as his own collections.
The duo made “Tintswalo” a 17 track Amapiano collection with the likes of Kabza De Small, Simmy, Mellow & Sleazy, Mas Musiq, Mdu aka TRP and a host of others lending their voice to them.
DJ Maphorisa was last featured here by Young Stunna on the song Ngi Na Lo.
